Who is Sian Young?

Sian is a United Nation’s and TEDx Speaker, award-winning coach, published author and creator of ©The SHaW Model (Sustainable Health & Wellbeing model) creating a truly sustainable life and business.

Sian focuses on supporting business leaders to build health & wellbeing into their lives and businesses. She uses her experience as a fitness coach, meditation teacher, health coach & 10-year serial entrepreneur to deliver solutions to maximising wellbeing, energy, focus and engagement within organisations. 

Prior to training as a health coach Sian ran a successful fitness studio for 7 years, together with her team helped over 5000 women find wellbeing, self-esteem and fitness.
